Although I think the slacker might be a bit of a misnomer - I&#039;d define it as being hands-off and expecting my consultants to achieve the end result with a minimum of direction. After all, I hire them because they&#039;re the experts, and my team doesn&#039;t have the time to focus on the process - we&#039;re focused on other priorities.

		<description>I like the whole concept of a virtual assistant in this economy.  Seem to me that companies, no matter what size they are, are going to be looking for ways to cut expenses.  I would think that virtual assistants, outsourcing programs, consultants, freelancers, etc., are going to have some great opportunities for growth, if they market themselves appropriately.
